General Terms for monthly car rental (Private Car/Micro Bus)

Sheba Rent-A-Car’s monthly car rentals are designed to provide flexibility and value for those who need a car long-term. Our fleet includes a variety of options to suit different needs and preferences, from private cars to minibuses. Below are the general terms and conditions relating to our monthly car rental agreements.

1. Lease Term and Extensions: The minimum lease term for monthly rental plans is 30 days. If you need your vehicle for a longer period of time, you have the option to extend your lease. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the end of the initial rental period.
2. Vehicle Selection: We have a variety of vehicles to choose from, including private cars and minibuses. Your choice of vehicle will affect your lease price. Vehicles will be allocated based on availability and while we strive to meet your specific requirements, we cannot guarantee the exact model.
3. Rent and payments: The monthly rent is fixed, providing a cost-effective solution compared to daily or weekly rentals. Usually payment is made in advance. We accept credit and debit cards. A deposit is also required but will be refunded if the vehicle is returned in good condition.
4. Mileage Limits: Our monthly rentals have standard mileage limits. Additional charges may apply for excess mileage. Please see rental agreement for details. If you expect to exceed the mileage limit, please contact us in advance to arrange appropriate arrangements for your contract.
5. Insurance and Indemnification: Basic insurance is included in the rental price. However, you can purchase additional insurance options to increase your protection against potential damages and accidents. A valid driver’s license and ID are required when renting a car.
6. Maintenance and Repair: All vehicles undergo regular maintenance to ensure reliability. If a malfunction or malfunction occurs, please contact our customer service immediately. Roadside assistance is available 24/7.
7. Return the vehicle: The vehicle must be returned to the designated location before the end of the rental period. The vehicle must be returned clean. Late returns may incur additional charges.
8. Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel before your rental period begins, you will be charged a cancellation fee and may be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given if the vehicle is returned early or in poor condition.

General Terms for monthly car rental (At a Glance)

• The duty of the will be six days in a week. Driver and Car will be day off one day in a week.
• After the duty time vehicle will be kept in our place (Here negotiation is possible)
• The duty time would be 10 hours a day. After 10 hours the driver’s overtime would be BDT 50 per hour. Need not to pay any overtime for vehicle.
• Per day BDT 100 for driver’s lunch. If the duty goes after 8:00PM another BDT 100 will have to pay for dinner.
• Government holiday will be treated as off day.
• Car will not go on the road under no circumstances of Hartals/Road block or any other similar situation
• If the vehicle run for duty in off days, daily rent will be applicable for those days.
• The fuel cost (CNG) will have to be borne by the clients. Except CNG client need to provide 20 liters octane for the car per month, as the car start by octane and maintenance.
• Rent a each month will have to be paid in the 1 day of Month.
